Great breakfast and nice staff

Hard water but nice and hot. Great water pressure.

staff was friendly and the room was clean

failure to implement noise control panels in hallways so you could hear guests every word walking down the hallways…. which was worse when it was kids running down halls, yelling and screaming and knocking on random doors until after 1 am. I called the front desk so many times during our 2 night stay and ended up leaving around 10pm and driving home, realizing we wouldn’t be able to get sleep again that night. this was honestly the worst hotel stay of my life. I would not recommend this place during a weekend at all.

The location was nice and close to things. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and they kept things filled up.

We booked this hotel for the pool and was not told beforehand or at check in that the pool was closed. It wasn’t listed on the website either. We had our suits on and walked down, only to find a sign saying it was closed.

Everything! Very hospitable, accomidating and positive attitude. The owner held my dog leash while I went through the breakfast line, need I say more. 10 star hotel in my eyes.

Having dirty hotel laundry every time we walked in the hotel door and a barking dog all night long down the hall. Front desk staff was very unhelpful.
