The new coffee makers in the room were a plus.

They didn't have the continental breakfast, that I am pretty sure was advertised on booking.com. The room had a musky almost moldy smell to it. The carpet was covered in stains and felt sticky. The metal beds were uncomfortable. The bed coverings we're not in the best condition. However, the one thing they really need to work on is on making sure the rooms are really kept as non-smoking. There was a smell of cannabis in the hallways and all through the hotel.

No front desk staff. Had to call and wait forever. No breakfast was served as advertised

The location was ok

The room was freezing. No heater on. The blanket was spring-type. We slept all dressed. The bed sheet had plainty of black staints.

On first floor with no window locks. Cockroaches every where in room. Keys did not work well. Bathroom dirty. Towels dirty.

After paying for the night, I left within 45 minutes, I did not stay the night let alone stay for any type of food that may have been offered.

I give this a 0/10. I should have left as soon as I turned the air on, and noticed a fabric softener sheet in the vent of the air conditioner. The room smelled musty, dirty, and old. I was so tired from traveling that I decided to lay on the bed and wait 45 minutes for my companions to arrive and try to nap. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillow was tiny as can be, and there wasn't even a real blanket on the bed. After my companions arrived they felt just as disgusted as I did, we left. Did not even stay the night. I paid for an entire night and didn't even stay, that's how nasty this room felt to me. After arriving at another hotel, I instantly showered. If I had a dog with me, I wouldn't have even let my dog lay on the floor. I highly doubt my dog would have even slept in the rock-hard bed either. This was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had in my entire life.

place was dirty fridge did not work I was also charged extra for my son even tho he was on the initial reservation. we only stayed an hour then left after discovering pubic hairs on the toilet a dirty microwave and a non working fridge and there was a hole in the ceiling Ian guessing were the smoke alarm should be the place also smelled like a skunk or most likely marijuana

I saw it got a 4.4 on booking but I’ve stayed in some really bad, inexpensive motels in South America so I thought I could tough it out. I got my dog some water and a roach crawled out of the drain. I wouldn’t leave my dogs water on the floor it was that bad. I washed my hands and left the room. Seven hours later the sink had not drained at all. That night I went to take a shower and the pipes were not secured to the wall in the tub. The shower floor was so stained dirty I wished I had brought my shower shoes. I sat to do work on the opposite side of the room from the bathroom and within 10 minutes another roach crawled across the desk. That was my breaking point. How could I sleep knowing there are roaches ALL OVER THE ROOM?! They gave me a new room and that was better but this was NOT worth $98 a night after taxes. $50 maybe but even then I would never book here if they paid me.

I was in town visiting for Illinois state University families weekend and the location of this hotel was 5 minutes from the campus which was very convenient. When I arrived no one was at the front desk so I had to use the phone to page them but I was able to check into my room early. when I got into my room everything was very clean I didn't have any complaints about anything. I didn't use the microwave or the refrigerator because the refrigerator looked like it hadn't been cleaned but other than that everything was really good. Not bad for the price.

I booked three rooms for different family members for Family Weekend at Illinois State. All three rooms smelled, dirty, bugs, vending machines inoperable, no continental breakfast, just no redeeming value at all, would have been better to have them sleep in there cars honestly.

The location was the only thing likable about this hotel. The wedding venue was only 6 minutes away. The room rate was okay if you have no other option.

I will spare you the list of complaints but we encountered a few roaches. There were stains on the walls, we were given soiled towels, and the room had a bad smell. Our check-in process took all of 20 minutes. Don't forget we were given a room on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

Smelled kind of funky. Mattress and pillows were cheap.

Non smoking room smelled incredibly strong on cigarettes, burn marks everywhere, stains on comforter and sheets

Location was good. Facility was horrible.

Cleanliness was horrid. There was a cockroach crawling up the wall, the tv was not plugged in so had to set up, mold all over the shower curtain, the last visitors hair all over the tub, the sheets and towels were stained.

The beds were crazy uncomfortable my back was killing me and they didn’t turn on the AC in our room before we arrived so it was extremely hot and stuffy , the halls smell was terrible and though we were in a non smoking room we could still smell smoke everywhere
