We arrived to the hotel late after a 2 1/2 hour drive and were met by a friendly staff (two men) that got us checked into our room very quickly so we could get some rest. The staff in the morning (two women) was much different and not as friendly. They did not seem to acknowledge anyone that walked past the front desk.

The event we were attending in Belton was changed because of weather on the west coast affecting on team coming. I tried to get the hotel to drop one day from the reservation and they refused. We just drove home the first night instead of staying. Just drove back to finish the event today

Both booking.com and holiday inn are thieves Someone made a reservation in my name using my debit card neither of the 2 companies helped me in that situation and both accused me of doing it.

it was clean and the location

booked this just 20 ministers before we checked in. picked it because it had a restaurant and bar. turned up and both were closed so had to walk 15 mins to a great restaurant up the road. There is another buffet restaurant next door but didn't look to appetising.

Booking.com should add info if restaurant is closed on certain days. I would have chosen somewhere else.
