The freeway hum is always there. The pool is wonderful, but only open 10am-10pm. The afternoon staff was extra courteous and pleasant: thank you.

Change US transportation to be based on train travel not cars, so that freeway is eliminated. lol. Offer other hours for swimming, especially because there's no lifeguard anyway.

We booked a lower floor due to being in a wheelchair, it was confirmed. My husband told them we had to have lower floor, there was no elevator. We got a lower room with 2 single beds, the room was dirty, the bed squeaked everytime you moved. The people upstairs ran back and forth all night. They said breakfast was provided. It wasn't, then, they double charged for the room!

Close to the hot tub and the breakfast area on the ground floor. Can't climb stairs so I prefer to be on ground level and you did accommodate me so that was a good thing. Thanks

Location, price

Fitted sheets did not cover old mattress. Seeing old mattress not attractive. Old and grimy chair in room. Holes in shades. I call this the not so Quality Inn. Have stayed in much better kept properties.

The front desk staff were nice.

The hotel itself was disgusting. The luggage cart was loud with a hitch in the wheel. The whole first floor was overwhelmed by the pool smell. When opening the door to our room we were punched in the face by the melding of the stench of the pool, stale cigarette smoke and another offensive smell that I could not place. The drain in the tub was clogged so when I took a shower I was standing in 3 inches of dirty water. The vinyl tiles that were sloppily glued to the wall in the bathroom above the shower were peeling back and black mold was visible underneath. Honestly, if given the choice to stay at this motel or fall asleep behind the wheel of my car while traveling at 65 mph down I-5, I think I would be more comfortable and rested as I woke up careening into the guardrail on the precipice of the eternal beyond.

Some staff was snobby. There was ants in the room I believe I got food poisoning from breakfast Monday morning my grandson and I both got real sick after we ate breakfast that day. Pool was closed first 2 days we were there out of 3 days

The staff was super friendly and cordial. Everyone was very helpful and respectful. Would absolutely love to say here again when I need to stay in this area.

Cheap room for a quick stay.

Very old, the bathroom faucet was loose from the wall, needs updating. Also no elevator to 2nd floor.

The room was clean. Great location.

The air freshener in the air conditioner/heater was nauseating. My mother has severe allergies so this was very unpleasant. We opened the window instead.

The whole facility is being remodeled, starting with the 2nd floor. Our room was on the 1st floor. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The beds were a bit soft yet all furnishings will be replaced during the remodel. The cost of the room, with a breakfast, made this a very good value for us.

In the morning we could hear people sweeping the room being remodeled upstairs. Not offensive. Just was there. Might be better to have a room on the 2nd floor if staying again and wanting quiet.
