2d floor reeked of marijuana, courtesy of person on staff, or first name basis of someone at the front desk. When given a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. Given another room on the 3rd floor, (think no elevator, bad knee, luggage) less Smokey. Hole in bathroom ceiling, broken doorknob on bathroom door, one chair in the room. Oh yeah, I am not used to cockroaches in room. Complimentary breakfast was juice, coffee, and breakfast bars. Underwhelming experience.

Exit door marked EXIT was locked, inoperable, and red exit button had no control over it. Pity those in a fire. I believe this is a violation of the fire code.

What breakfast???? A fruit cup and granola bar??? That’s a poor excuse for a “continental breakfast”. Staff were the only plus.

Not what I would consider breakfast. Need to have muffins, cereal, milk. Etc

Cob webs in the rook in all corners. People upstairs stomping around til 12:30am.

The areas closeness to restaurants

The room was not the cleanest and it had a mildew kind of smell about it. Bathroom was not cleanest either. Caulking around tub was peeling off and toilet paper holder was broken and drain in tub was clogged.

24 hours service and cook out opportunity

old dirty room carpet and staff on duty not able to handle our complaints on the banging on top of our room at nights saying that there is nothing they can do about it, no breakfast as stated on the website

when the maid came in the room while we was staying there and they never did before until the day I check out but they came in the room the 2nd day and cleaned out complaining but please wait until I check out to clean the clean

someone OD’d on meth while I was there. didn’t love that. also the lobby was quite loud at night. I’d recommend a room away from it.
