Terrible place. Caution with bedbugs, I would go elsewhere. Cockroaches in the room. The whole place needs a deep cleaning work.

The breakfast did not have much options. The fruits were of very poor quality.
we were deceived that this is a Raddison location when it is a Choice hotel. My stay did not accrue any points towards my Radisson rewards. If I had known this is not Radisson, I would have not stayed here. You need to fix your listing.

good location. off the interstate.
Blood on my sheets at check in. leaking roof above shower. staff did not reclean my room nor change my sheets. instead made me walk to the lobby and gather new sheets and bedding to remake myself.

The hotel was very clean and the huge bed very comfortable
The reception staff were very rude.
There was no shuttle to/from the airport as promised in the message we got (and indeed instructions on how to get to said shuttle location were wrong).
Breakfast was on paper plates with plastic cups, something I’ve not experienced anywhere I’ve stayed in the world before.
We assumed with the Radisson name it would be better than it was.

Bra läge i förhållande till flygplatsen. Helt ok frukost. Sköna sängar. Deras flygplats-shuttle gick 1 gång per halvtimme så att man kunde ta Metro därifrån in till Washington.
Luftkonditioneringen skapade en unken fuktig lukt. Med 35 graders värme var det inget alternativ att stänga av den. Lite slitet hotell. Guest laundry var trasig när vi var där. Trångt med gäster på frukosten.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. Also, I liked that I could check in before 3 pm.
The staff especially the front desk person was rude and unfriendly, which is a turn off. Also, the facilities at the hotel were definitely not a value for money. I would never go back to this hotel.

Very nice property with everything you need. They even called and paid for us an Uber when their shuttle to the airport wasn’t available when we got there. We will definitely stay here anytime we travel!
The only comment was that you can hear a lot of the noise and crying babies when they are in the lobby if your room was close to the stairs. But this was in the morning when most are awake so was not a big deal!

Conveniently close to Dulles airport for catching an early flight. The room was very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering how close the airport is.
No one was at the desk when I arrived to check in, for about 20 minutes.

The location
The toilet flush in the the room we were given did not work and had to be moved to another room room at midnight. The toilet light was temperamental in the room we were moved to!

Short distance from the airport was great. Staff was very helpful and nice . The price was the best part .
The bathroom could of been cleaner. The shuttle didn’t run early enough for us to use back to the airport which wasn’t good. I almost canceled my reservation due to the shuttle not being available to pick us up or drop us off at the airport. Rooms are outdated but served the purpose. The cab company the staff lined up for us the next morning was a rip off . He charged us double what we paid to get to the hotel from the airport. I’d suggest finding another cab company to use for your guests .

Room was large and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very handy. The staff I dealt with were helpful and polite.
The could barely get wifi signal in my room and the TV was very dated. The lighting in the room is strangely sparse and you have to use the lamps. Other than that, my stay was good.
