Location was everything because everything you need is within a half mile. Staff was always available & helpful. Rooms were spacious. Stayed the winter & have booked for next winter. Made other Winter Tx's friends here.

Beds were firm, but I had already read that so I brought my memory foam. This place is not fancy, but it met our needs perfectly. There were couple loud trucks that left early in the morning. One of them was us... This was not within the management control.

There was no light bulb in the bedroom and the night stand lamp didn’t work. There was cable tv in the leaving room (difficult to get it to work) but no cable in the bedroom tv.

it was nice clean large rooms, no cups in bathroom. stove, frig was great for an overnight stay except someone started banging on my door late at night, was very disturbing to say the least. And when checking in, everything was handled through a side window at the office, thought that was a bit impersonal for a 5pm check-in!

The place was a complete disaster it was very filthy sheets look very dirty there was hairs all over the place the kitchen was actually dirty there was Waters and other drinks in the refrigerator totally nasty

I only ask for cleanliness and for the front desk to be polite these people at this place are not polite at all they don't even speak English I would never stay at this place ever again the only good thing about this place it's close to everything that's about it

It exceeded my expectations, everything was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, great location overall perfect. The staff was nice and friendly!

This was advertised as having a FULL kitchen. More accurate is an EMPTY kitchen. We arrived at 9:30 at night to find that there was not even a paper cup in the unit. I was told it was my fault that I didn't call to verify what full kitchen meant. Appliances and space but no housewares. I was also told to go buy my own. The unit could use some TLC in cleaning off the baseboards and corners. We were not allowed in the lobby did we could not access any of the travel information.

Full kitchen should have housewares or be advertised as kitchen space. Miss read the above question but I am don't want to retype so I'm leaving it there.

Enjoyed my visit at Port Isla Inn. I have come for the past few years now. It is a great place to stay in terms of location, and ability to cook meals during your stay in the Valley.

It was close to everything g in town.

The owners are very unfriendly and don’t seem like they should be in the hospitality business. I had my kids come over for Thanksgiving dinner, and no sooner had we closed the door, this woman comes banging on it, and then yelled at me bc i didn’t let them know i was having other people over, and that i only indicated 2 people would be staying. I’ve never been to a place where i had to announce my visitors. They were very rude and had no professionalism at all. I guess that explained the empty rooms and parking lot. NEVER AGAIN!
