Rude Staff, noisy room, heater did not work, excessive smoking of marijuana by guests in parking lot, lack of safety and security, close proximity to trains

No breakfast, but a McDonalds was not too far away. The price of the room for a place to sleep. And take a shower was excellent. The room was clean, and the shower was nice.

The woman at check in was nice. Aside from that, everything was horrible.

The location is not safe. There is drug dealing on the property. The room was dirty with garbage under the bed and under the sink. The shower was old and dirty. The first non-smoking room smelled badly of smoke. The woman gave me another room. The mattress smelled of urine. Everyone on the property smokes right in front of the non-smoking rooms, so the smoked seeped into the room. I put a towel on the towel bar and the entire thing fell down. Basically, if you don’t like smoking, drugs, noise, and filthy rooms (and worrying about your car being broken into while you sleep), this is not the place for you. I was supposed to be there for two nights. I left after one. I asked for a refund for the second night and the manager said no. She was not concerned at all about all the problems. I travel a lot. This place was by far the worst. I have stayed in nicer and more safe places in non-developed countries. How is this place $75 a night?? I would have been better off sleeping in my car.
