The bathroom was very small

Front desk customer service and management was poor. I called and left a detailed message for the manager as well as send numerous emails and never received a call or email back. Will be contacting corporate because I expect better service especially at $300 a night.

Always clean, well maintained

Didn't appear that the lounge was in operation

Bed wasn't as comfortable as expected. But ok

The location was perfect! Everything was close by and convenient.

located close to my business appointment, restaurant next door, staff was helpful, another room was quickly made available when the first room's sink would not drain,

Breakfast unappetizing, had to change rooms because sink would not drain, bed uncomfortable, carpet visually distracting, parts of room in disrepair, price too high for this many negatives
