The location was perfect. The room was very clean and modern. The area was very pleasant and pretty.
The location was excellent. The only complaint I have is the beds were not good, firm, or comfortable. I know its hard keeping great mattresses in rooms but that's what gets us coming back to your facility.

The property was clean and thankfully there’s no carpet.
it’s too close to the road and gas station. it can be very noisy.

I liked how it was close to many things like food, retail, and freeways! Also I loved the walk in shower! To me, that was the best part!
The area at night, there was a few people hanging around outside late that made me feel a bit uncomfortable, thankfully it was two peaceful nights!

I would have liked access to the pool via room key card and not just left open for anyone to be able to access the pool.

The staff was great, the room was very spacious and clean.
My only complaint was my window was above the gas station, and was somewhat noisy all night.

I appreciated the breakfast boxes. Not a traditional breakfast but was nice to have a good selection of food.

Very cozy room, nice comfy bed, it wasn't super fancy but I was very comfortable! I visited in February so I wasn't really able to take advantage of the pool, but it was a nice area.
The heat in my room was not working so they brought me a portable heater, which also didn't work. Which, fine, but when I called the front desk the guy said he was the only one on duty so I had to leave my room in the middle of the night, go across the courtyard and bring the heater to the front desk. Which, again, fine, but then the door was LOCKED and there's nobody behind the front desk, and I'm holding this broken heater in both hands so I kicked the door to get the guy's attention and he came out from whatever backroom and proceeded to scream at me that he was going to call the cops because I kicked the door. Dude, I just wanted heat in my room, and you tell me I have to physically bring down the broken heater to swap it out and then the door is locked and you're not behind the desk/in sight? And now you're treating me like a criminal because I banged on the door to get your attention? No sir, that was a rude way to treat me. I had to apologize and literally BEG him to give me a working heater. Again this was in the middle of the night and I'm a single woman traveling alone in an unfamiliar city and because of the layout of Tarzana Inn I had to go outside for this.
