To easy check in no problem go straight to the room no problem at all I like to clean it at the hospitality

I didn't like the company people walking up-and-down the hallway make a noise but that's normal in the hotel

Convenient location to airport. Check in was very easy and there was plenty of parking.

Mattress on bed was very worn out. One side sagged very much. It needs replacing. Someone in the room above mine started taking a shower, and immediately water started dripping along doorway to the bathroom. I had to use the towels provided for the room to keep from slipping on the wet floor. Shower curtain was extremely wrinkled, and the rest of the bathroom looked very dingy. Appearance and condition of the room was far below what I expected from a Days Inn.

Nothing..well the receptionist was nice.

This place had a bad vibe from the time I drove up. I asked the lady who checked me in if it was safe, she said yes 🤦‍♀️ She gave me a good room is what she said. If this is a good room I can't imagine what the others look like! I was there 2 min and called booking.com to get a refund. The room was really bad! The flooring felt lifted, the walls half painted, the chair disgusting needed to be cleaned. The bedding had marks on the sheets. And there was a mysterious locked door in the room 🤔 No thank you! Please just stay away it's bad 👎 I got a refund and left to another hotel

My stay was not good at all I book my stay for 2 nights at Days Inn Ontario and only stayed for one reason tooo many shady people walking around the property and going up and down the stairway all night late there was a fight I saw a couple of drug sales there was people doing drugs an drink in the parking being very loud people were walking around homeless people roaming the parking lot, as well as a women & man, having loud sex in between to trucks I went to office around 5:30-6pm I went to get some the you lady had the lobby doors locked and you to go to the little window and she to come open the door to hand me the ice so I didn't feel the Red Flag until later on I never saw any security guards or patrol not very obvious police there are issues at the location even the staff didn't fell safe shame on Days Inn Ontario I will never stay there again I truly wanted to check out the hotel that night but since it was after midnight I could not find a hotel to accommodate me that late since it is considered the next day Sept 16 most check in were 3 pm so me and my husband barely had any sleep I that comfortable I will be posting my disappointment stay on the Internet platforms and on social media.. signed very unhappy customer

I was signed in by "sarah Lee" she asked me if i was paying by card or cash, i paid sarah lee $354.02 cash which she took from me, this included my discount by AAA OR ARP. upon checkout my credit card was run even after she took cash from me, which she denied. Police were called, i got a police report # and they told me that theie hands were tied that this would be handeled as a civil matter. But they also stated that this place was know for money "switches " , this place was already known by the police. This place is ran by a scam artist....DONT COME HERE!!!!! THEY LIE AND ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!

No Breakfast

There was no attempt to remove multiple people who used the adjoining room as a flop house and gained access to the roof where they played loud music every night and thumped and shouted all night. It gave us some pleasure to slam doors loudly and crank up the TV early in the morning when the vampires slept. We would have left earlier but were not eligible at that time.

Elevator the slowest I have ever been in. Had to take a non smoker on 3rd floor as all the " disability" rooms down stairs were smoking..go figure.

Easy access from the freeways. The entire 3rd floor was dedicated to Non-smoking 👍🏾✅

Being located next to a 24-hour liquor store (a draw for a number of local derelicts…).
