The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The stream out back is very calming. I did not use the tennis court or pool but other families seemed to really enjoy them.

The hotel was so cute, so clean and close to everything. The sound of the water in the back is so relaxing. If you have little ones, there is also a small hill for them to sled down.

Breakfast could be a little better but it was ok (basic)

This is a veryy cute place to stay when given the chance , very clean, very quiet , beautiful views. The OWNER HERSELF is absolutely so sweet. Easy access.. not far from north conway or mt washington at all!

My only complaint was when i arrived .. the guy at the desk gave me the key to my room on the FIRST floor when i specifically had reserved a room on SECOND floor for the balcony. When I requested to change the room to what i wanted he kind of gave me an attitude about it. He gave me a hard time by telling me he didnt think he had rooms available when ALOT of those room on second floor where empty. He tried to tell me FIRST floor was a balcony view and it CLEARLY wasnt. My only complaint is that maybe next time when someone books a room with BALCONY view maybe we should just give them the room they booked vs going back and forth about a room i clearly didnt want nor was I about to pay for.

The breakfast was as expected, basic; If you’re satisfied with limited selection. We like waffles or a bagel, sausage, yogurt and fruit — these were all available along with juice/coffee or tea.

Can’t think of anything. We especially enjoyed time by the fire pit on one of the evenings— it’s a pretty spot very convenient to the mountains and various trailheads

The property was beautiful, and the staff was awesome. Even the free breakfast exceeded expectations.

Clean, freindly, good breakfast. The coffee was available at 6:30!

The TV kept cutting out.....annoying. And, my issue everywhere I travel. A soft cushion mattress . I like a firm mattress but can't seem to find them anymore. Although I slept because I went hiking a lot.

Nice Hotel and very comfortable. Breakfast included and not just Fruit Loops and coffee. This was a full breakfast with eggs, waffles, yogurt etc. Very pleased and would stay here again.
