I love the location, the rooms, the pool managers, housekeeping, etc!!

furniture in the sitting room is very old, sofa is falling apart, no comfortable armchair to sit and read. kitchen is very poorly equipped (no hot water bottle or a single reasonable saucepan or frying pan).

We loved this property. Everything was exceptional!

There was a lot to like and just a couple things that kept it from being perfect. We had a room with a great view, so that was a nice start. The room was tastefully decorated and we loves that it had a kitchen and a dining table. Being able to use the Don Cesar amenities was also a plus for us.

The biggest downfall was how small overall the room iwas. There is very little closet space, no dresser, and no extra floor space in the bedroom. Also, the bathroom was tiny. You don’t realize how valuable double vanities are until you have to share a bathroom and don’t have them. We did have a situation with ants. There was a bag of candy left out and we first noticed them on the kitchen counter (our fault). But then they were also on the bed. The front desk sent someone with replacement bedding, but I guess since it was after hours, they didn’t have a housekeeper to put them on.

Great customer service from management!!!!

The condition of the rooms and their furnishings, eg. The couch was torn, electronic devices were outdated and poorly maintained.

Everything was great! Charlie at front desk was super friendly and helpful. Chris at the bar makes delish drinks.

Really loved the size of the room. The room was nicely renovated. The views from the balcony to the beach were outstanding. The balconies overlook the pool and the bar. Great place to go to get away for the weekend.

I really can't think of anything that I did not like. This hotel is a great location to get to the beach and spend sometime with your family or close ones. I will definitely be back.

Located right on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was large. Having a kitchenette was nice. We could use facilities at the Don Cesar.

No smart TVs so we couldn't watch movies. Regular TV had very few channels. Lighting not great (as in most hotels).

Beautifully decorated and like that you can go to both hotels. Very professionally ran Hotel and very friendly staff. Love the beach and tow service!

Hotel is very beautiful and wanted to take a few pictures for our anniversary of us with the hotel in the background. However, I wish I knew that you needed permission To use your own professional style camera and tripod to take those pictures(we use a remote to take pictures because my husband is too embarrassed for me to ask someone to take pictures of us). I got all dressed up to take pictures and had to stop and take them the next day after I emailed and had to get permission. Hotel, was friendly and did give me that permission but had a strict timeline.

The The front desk agent, Amy was super accommodating and helpful! She gave us a complementary upgrade and tried to make things right when we were disappointed with the AC going out and a couple of other things. The shuttle to go to the main property was also really great, and the suites are perfect for a family.

definitely not up to par with what you would expect from the Don being that it was actually MORE than the main property when we stayed. we had a lot of ants and the AC went out the second night.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The beach chair guys were awesome! View of the ocean from the room was great! Pool wasn’t crowded.

Lots of separate fees…parking, resort, several different taxes. Windows in the bedroom that face the street should be replaced so you don’t hear road noise.

We had a superior king with a view of the beach and Gulf (all rooms do). The facility may be full but it was not crowded. Plus you can use the amenities of the Don Cesar.

Housekeeping is still an issue as with all hotels. But if you tell the front desk, they will take care of it.
