This Motel was the worst ever!!! My latch didn't work..they gave me another room. 1 room away. I saw lots of homeless people in the parking lot. Man going through the garbage for food. Dogs barking at me as I walked to my room. Turned on the fan and it stunk so bad of smoke. My heater didn't work. I was freezing. The people near me were so loud all night. Giving me 15 minutes of sleep. 2 car alarms went off as the partying kept going. They had absolutely no respect. I was actually too scared to complain. Didn't want anyone knowing it was me that called. I will never recommend, no ever ever stay at this location. It appeared that many actually lived at this hotel. I felt very unsafe. Also there was no blanket but a thin little one with a sheet. Totally horrible experience.

Asked for two extra pillows never got them also couldn't use any of the three remotes they gave us to decipher which way it would make the TV work and still never had got the TV to work even though they said they'd bring us new remote controls and never have still waiting 2 hours

Clean with an excellent Mexican food truck across the street

The sink water pressure was crazy HIGH and splashed everywhere and the shower water dripped and never even got remotely warm no matter where the handle was. They are phasing out the microwaves which seems utterly silly to me but enough people complained about the smells from previous customers to make it not worth while, but still charging way too much for a basic tiny room with full beds. Invest in an ionizer or room spray to cleanse it! The mattress is too small for the frame and I can’t count how many times my husband hit his shins on the damn frame!

The constant headache pounding noise above our room from construction we were not notified about at check in or prior when I made my booking. Instead we had to endure it and we were low priority to the staff on duty when we begged them to ask them to stop for the day. Also the construction workers were smoking outside our room, as well as they parked their forklift in the wheelchair unloading area of the handicap space. When I complained to the mgr on duty, I didn’t feel our experience mattered to her - she waited to address everyone else’s needs first and I had to repeatedly ask the staff to address the problems.

Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke so badly I had to change rooms. Room phone didn’t work.. had to unplug and wiggle cord to make it work. Sketchy people wandering around.
