Close to the highway, staff was friendly

Housekeeping was way under par. Light switches were dirty, water came in around the door with a storm. After they mopped the water up, a spot was missed, I wiped it up and the cloth was dirty. Floors were not clean. The curtain was missing most of the hangers so it sagged. The doors have never been wiped down and there looked like a urine stain on the wall opposite the toilet, Only one towel set per person for a 2 night stay. The pool was closed. I understand the hotel is old but the detail to cleanliness should be a priority.

In somewhat a state of disrepair, holes in ceiling, etc.

The gal running the desk was very nice. The location is handy.

Building and beds needs a good cleaning and repair.

I liked the politeness of the lady that checked me in I like the fact that the room was clean and I like the fact that I could park right outside my door

I did not like that the door was not very secure it the door was actually open whenever I got there I didn't like the fact that the water never got hot there was no coffee maker very little bath supplies and the heater it was either extremely hot or wasn't warm at all

the shower has to be the same one from a prison the hot water didn’t work the heat didn’t blow hot

Clean. Truly pet friendly. Staff was pleasant. Plenty of parking space.
