Filthy extremely no toilet paper in room was told no coffee on property aval at time to guest Person on phone said extra 25 dollar charge was a booking fee ??

Great location to the Navy base.

Overall worst hotel ever. First thing, the smell. Smelled like a skunk. Second some kind of car wash in the back of the parking lot. One chair in the room and after 5 minutes my butt was asleep uncontrollably. Basic stuff like the handle in the shower was broken and sharp piece exposed. Just way too much to list. I can say positive that the front desk staff was super nice and helpful but I guess you get what you pay for but I can say, I rather pay more next time.

You could have sent me a notification my reservation was cancelled but you didn’t I drove 6 damn hours only to find I didn’t have a place to stay even though you sent me reminder notifications that I did! I will never attempt to use your crappy company again and will most definitely be letting everyone I know how you mistreated me

It was dirty there was obviously people living there long term because I could smell them cooking fish in the room the smell filled the whole motel it was disgusting

The motel had a terrible odour both inside and outside the motel. There were permanent residents or long-term stays living at the property playing music at all hours and smoking in their rooms. Doors were slamming in the middle of the night. People knocking on doors. It felt like I was living in a dorm. There was no shampoo in the shower. We had black particles coming out of our A/C. The rooms were not equipped with the same amenities (i.e ice buckets, refrigerator, microwaves, towel holder). There was virtually no cleaning staff to pick up our garbage or give us fresh towels unless you requested it at the front desk. The staff working the front desk were mostly there to take payment and sat for most of their shift watching movies, talking on their phone or vaping outside the front door. I did see someone spraying air freshener in the front lobby to mask the smell. It all seemed very unprofessional. The only thing positive I can say about this property is that it was affordable.

Location was pretty good and close to the activities we planned during our trip

Staff was very rude. Room was filthy, bathroom had not been cleaned only the toilet lots of mold around outter edge of tub. Insidethe showerwas tons of hair on wall and shower curtain and the sink stillhad tooth paste splatters from previous guest. The room itself had dirt on floors and cob webs in every corner. Desk area looked clean but when I used a wet rag to wipe it down the rag turned brown with dirt. Beds were super uncomfortable and the comforter was badly stained and looked unwashed. While we were there the staff completely ignored a old man who had fallen in the shower. He was banging on the wall and screaming. Another guest had to tell them to get him help. The guest that alerted staff said he could hear the man screaming and banging while he was at the front desk so there is no excuseas to why they wouldn'tgo checkon him especiallysince he was screaming "HELP ME I NEED HELP" . The staff couldn't get into the room because the man had the security bar locked and they didn't even call for help another guest had to call 911 for a rescue to come and get the door open. Over all horrible experience.
