Location was perfect

Room needed upkeep No coffee in the room

we arrived at hotel room and it looked okay for the price, but when we thought we could settle down and get ready for the night, we tried to take a shower and found cob webs and spiders from spiders in shower and in vents. the ice machine was broken so we could not get ice. putting that all aside cuz we were tired we got ready for bed and pulled the sheet down on one of the beds. there was a big smelly stain of pee, then my husband had a tick land on his body. that is when we decided to leave packing up and leaving. when I told someone at desk he acted like it was no big deal. he said he would refund our payment that is all we wanted was a refund or not be charged. but next day we had the transaction go through charging us for full amount of room.

There were bugs in both of our rooms all over, the beds felt like they were 20 years old not a comfortable stay unfortunately.

The location is great

Property is unkept. There was a dead frog right in front of the four, sidewalks not swept, weeds around the building. Room had no Kleenex, light on night stand didn’t work, bathroom floor isn’t clean around the edges

Just dated and needing a little more cleaning and upgrades to the room

Felt like I walked into the 80’s

We appreciated the outdoor corridors since we were intending to leave early. The kids liked the waffles for breakfast. The shower water was actually hot.

The rooms were stuffy and hot when we arrived. The bathrooms were in need of repairs. Several outlets did not work

Room was nice and clean

breakfast was poor. Hot tub was out of order, should have been told when we checked in. but put on swimwear and went down to find out it was out of order.

2 of my family members expelled their breakfast shortly after eating in the lobby.

The quality of food was sorely lacking.

Nothing

Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 am. We got there at 2 am, and checkout is at 11am. When I went out to get coffee, because I couldn't get back to sleep, but my kids, ranging from 16 to 5, were all still sleeping, I told the housekeeping people I would be back. When I got back, my HOTEL ROOM DOOR WAS OPEN. When I confronted the hotel manager, and asked why they had opened my door, he said "your kids must have opened it". My kids were STILL ASLEEP when I got back.
