I showed up. They said they needed a cash deposit. I didn't have it. I asked about a refund. They said that there was no charge. There was indeed. Didn't actually get to stay, I'm out nearly $70, and I ended up sleeping in a truck stop parking lot. I'm a bit upset to say the least. Whether it be the fault of the facility or booking.com, still an all around terrible experience. If there is a requirement for a cash deposit, maybe disclose that somewhere other than the fine print.

Wi -Fi didn’t work.

We couldn’t even get into our own rooms. Employee said cash only, even though the emails said to pay via credit card except for the sketchy $50 cash damage fee. When I offered to show him the email for proof, he brushed it off, seeming surprised that a customer actually read the email thoroughly. Then, when I asked why he couldn’t simply run my credit card in file (because I booked the room via card online), his response was “are you feeling well?” Everything boiled down to either pay in cash or get charged the cancellation fee via my credit card, which makes the payment process more sketchy because WHY not just use my card to begin. It’s as if this company wants their transactions to be as hidden and nontracable as possible. Unbeknownst to him, I recorded everything on my phone as well as snapped footage of him should this become a legal matter down the road. Also, there was prostitution occurring four doors away from the welcome office. The dummies left the door wide open for all to see, and I overheard a bit of their conversation about a recent sexual transaction they made as I was walking to registration. As for any cancellation fee, I got an email saying my card was declined and the company has yet to charge my card. I did not put a hold on my card, nor did I get any card details wrong during my registration. Maybe they realized the legal jeopardy they would’ve put themselves in has they charged me. But should they down the road, I am fully ready to dispute it with TONS of evidence at the ready.

Nothing there judge mental and very rude and charge way to much even for a deposit it's 150 which I see now way there was no one there

How rude they were and judging people on there appearance isn't right what so ever
