It was under a huge remodel and we couldn’t get into the parking gate easily and my room had roaches. I was not happy

The location was perfect for work.

Great location, right next to the freeway and several eating restaurants. Also, the owner was friendly and very suggestive in eating at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is up under a major renovation time, and the potential is there. Also, Nice car in the lobby.

The check-in was extremely too slow. There was one clerk checking us in, and it took him literally 20 minutes per customer. I was number 3 in line, so it took me 47 minutes to be checked in. That's too long of a wait standing up waiting bec he was doing a lot of unnecessary talking. Secondly. The code for the rooms bec they dont have keys did not match the code to the parking lot where i could park my car, so I had to keep getting Buzzed in and buzzed out of the parking area. Thirdly, the room was infested with lots of roaches. Not acceptable, they came out of the cabinet in front of the television As well as, in the bathroom. They were all over the place. Lastly, the food at the hotel restaurant was horribly cooked. Small portions and served warm, not hot. Sincerely don't recommend eating eating a meal there.

Clean. Nice rooms. Beautiful pool and pool area. Nice staff.

It was a comedy of errors too lengthy to write here. Pool cloudy so I avoided swimming which I was really looking forward to. They needed instruction sheets on how things work in the different rooms. I have never had to think about this stuff until this stay. Now I know how to survey a room.

Überall im Innenhof (Poolbereich) roch es nach Gras, welches Gäste auf ihren Balkonen rauchten.

Jacuzzi doesn’t work . And so many cockroaches in pool area tables like nests on them . Do not bring food my clothes had so many roaches when I got out the pool

Where should I start the front staff girl was very rude. She looked like she was dressed for a Mardi Gras party. We were locked out of our room on our second day because they didn’t check us in properly when we arrived. They allow other guests to drink alcohol inside the pool the pool was not clean either. The ac was super loud and had a bad odor that would come out the vents. I will not recommend nor return
