The location is only 20 minutes from Frankenmuth.

They require a 50 dollar deposit per room that is not refundable for up to 10 days after check out. We had 2 rooms, so although the charge was less than 150, I was charged 250 and am still out 100 dollars until it is returned. Very odd practice I haven't encountered in years.

Not Bad. Nice Room. Breakfast was better than expected. Quiet.

It was quiet and for the most part comfortable.

They ARE NOT pet friendly. Made taking care of our dog very difficult. Our room wasn't ready until 7 pm because it was a "pet room". Charged us the pet charge twice and still haven't refunded their mistake. The front counter young man approached my husband in the dark while he was walking our dog and asked him if we had reported that we had a pet. The back door was broken so you had to walk out the front door and all the way around the building to toilet your dog. It was unnerving because a group of people were always sitting around back smoking weed. I said something to the young man who confronted my husband in the dark and was informed it was their right to do so. I did not feel safe outside.

First, I had to go through a bunch of crap to just get the room. You would think they were a 5 star hotel the way they were acting. The air conditioner in my room the cord was cut n taped in 2 different places, didn't even feel comfortable turning it on, for fear it would start a fire. My mirror was busted and the bed was so, broken in. I about fell through it. Pic to show busted mirror and how dark the room was.

Great value - visiting Saginaw for show at The Dow Center. Unexpectedly nice place - rooms/bed comfortable, great water pressure and hot water for shower, nice light complimentary breakfast, easy access to highway and downtown. Really surprised at the value for the cost!

Nothing the hotel could control, but some of the guests were loud in the hallways when coming in for the night.
