Breakfast was adequate but we missed the waffles. The view in the dining area is always lovely and relaxing.

Breakfast had very limited options.

Paid extra for a room with a view, expecting a large picture window to be able to sit and look out at the valley, but it was just the same size window as the rest of the building and the height was such that you had to stand up in front to see out. Not worth the extra charge.

Good location, easy access from the road. Large room. Fulfilled my request of placing me in a quiet area of the hotel. The hot tub. Morning staff had a great attitude and was very helpful

Facilities, service, staff attitude significantly below the one I experience the night before at Best Western Pineville. 10 minute wait for check in. 30 minute lost waiting for the sauna to heat up. Almost had an accident because swimming pool hand rail was unstable. No place to leave valuables when going to the sauna. I asked the lady at reception (evening) and rejected holding them while I was in the sauna. Afterwards I complained to her for all the above and she basically told me that that is how the procedures are. Very disappointing.

All Areas were kept clean

The cost of a one night stay was too expensive. When we got into our room we noticed that a bowel movement was left in the toilet. Then at 6:00 in the morning the alarm went off and woke us up. I also could hear talking in the room next door until late at night. We aren't very happy with our stay.
