The location was great and the staff were very friendly. There were plenty of towels, pillows etc. I did like the ease of using my own online accounts for tv watching and that we were signed out automatically upon departure. The issues were as follows, there were water stains on the ceilings, and even worse in the bathroom it looked like there was black mold growing. The front porches decking felt like they were going to give way upon walking on them. Cleary water damaged as well. There was no blender either.

Townhome was awesome and clean. Great setup and the beds were comfy. Loved the pools. Friendly staff! Close to everything, and staff had great reccomendations of where to go and eat. Will definetly be coming back. Family loved every minute of it.

Wish outdoor hottub was open. There was mold in the bathroom above the ceiling. Overall very little to complain about.

It was in the heart of the white mountains convenient to all things Lincoln.

The unit we stayed in was very dated probably back to the 80s, a cramped little 1 bedroom. The main issues of disappointment revolve around the early hours of shut down for the amenities. After spending a day out and about in the white mountains, we had hoped to come home and relax at the pool maybe use the outdoor grills or the game room. Unfortunately, everything shut down at either seven or 7:30 PM which for us meant we didn’t get to use the pools or the hot tub‘s except for 10 short minutes on Tuesday evening. We were only there for two days and two nights, but the point of coming to a resort is to have resort like amenities, which sadly we did not. Most assuredly we will not return.

My family had a fabulous experience! We loved the pool, the playground, and the friendly staff.

The unit we ended up with was on the second floor with a great view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, there were ample towels and the kitchen had a large refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/oven and microwave. There was a full set of kitchen utensils, bowls, cooking pans. Everything was neat, orderly and clean. The unit was extremely clean overall and roomy, too... perfect for two people like us. The balcony was super, extra large and the furniture throughout was very comfortable. There is ample parking on the grounds. If tennis is your thing they have something like 12 courts. There are two outdoor pools though one is dedicated to water polo. There are also two indoor pools, a sauna and a jacuzzi. A woman at the lobby desk told us the indoor pools were heated but they didn't feel that way. Still the temperature of the water was good. We recommend this location and would like to return in the future.

Our room was not ready when we arrived even though we arrived at the appropriate time. I was a little worried when, right before our stay, we were provided with a link that gave you the rundown. In that rundown they mention about you having patience if your room is not ready when you arrive. It makes me think this issue is common. Another item we didn't like... and maybe this is not entirely the fault of The Village at Loon... but some of the clientele are rather noisy. Ghetto blasters blaring at the poolside. Noisy next door neighbors. People talking outside rather loudly until almost midnight. Just be forewarned that it isn't necessarily a quiet place... at least not in the middle of the summer.
