We stay here a lot because the property is always clean, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, typically I can get a little upgrade from booking.com, the food in the morning is amazing. I never really have any issues.

The only thing that was concerning is they have some lakes in the entrance when you first come in so it was raining a couple days while we were there so it was a bit slippery but incredibly manageable. Nothing severe at all. And they had somebody cleaning it up all the time as fast as they could. My guess is the next time we go next month it'll probably be fixed already.

Our room was dirty (crumbs in the bed and table surfaces had not been wiped down) and under remodel (furniture, lamp shades, and socket covers were missing). We booked a room with a couch bed and there wasn’t one. Our son had to sleep on the floor. The front desk staff said they could not help us since we booked through a third party, Bookings.com.

We found someone's underwear at the side of bed near headboard. We just put in trash

I loved everything about it from the location, to the hotel, to the room.

We seen one bug on our bed but we knew it was a bed bug because we weren't ate up but no other encounters

Property is in a great location, we were travelling for work so initially only booked 2 nights but extended to 5 as it was good location, clean comfortable and friendly. will be staying here again on our next visit.

The staff was very friendly

I did not know they were working on the outside of the building at the main entrance they didn't have anything marked on how to get into the building I had to walk around the building twice to find a door I could get into but other than that I had a great time

Room wasn't very clean. No electricity via light switch. You had to use lamps for everything. The hallways smelled like weed.

The property was at a great location. The room was comfortable.

Everything was closed because they were waiting on permits because of new ownership? Besides that, we only had one roll of toilet paper in the room and one towel for a shower. A little too expensive for the overall status of the hotel. Online said 4 star. I would rate it more or a 3

Great location, great price, bed was comfortable, quiet at night. Overall decent place for the money.

When we checked into our room, our bedding had not been changed but we called the front desk and one of the staff changed it within 10 minutes. And it was a bummer that the pool was closed. We were told they had not received their permit from the state after doing some updating.

The hotel was located in an excellent location for our family and to enjoy restaurants and to walk and enjoy things

I was disappointed in that due to continuous renovations there was no breakfast at the hotel. Now there were places around the area to have breakfast it would have been nice to have, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt etc. The only other thing I would have liked was a blanket or bedspread on the bed, I was alittle cold, my husband likes it cooler then me, and a clock in the room.
