It wasn’t their fault, we were there during a major snow storm, plowing trucks kept waking us up, we have have stayed before and have greatly enjoyed and plan to stay again. My only suggestion would be , maybe if able to have a bit more alternative selections for breakfast for those with food intolerances/allergies, especially gluten/wheat. We love your hotel and will definitely be be back and soon! Thank you for running a very clean facility and your staff has always been very nice and helpful. Keep up the great work!

The picture that booking.com had showing the room was not the same a the room we received. We wanted a deluxe queen that had a sofa bed which is what I saw on bookings website. But the hotel said we were in the deluxe queen but not the deluxe queen with sofa and none were available. The picture and description on booking was deceptive in my mind.

Location is great. Pool is a plus. Able to get two rooms right next door to each other.

Front desk staff at checkin and during stay were a bit unprofessional. A member of my group brought a concern about a strong smell of pot in the hallway and the receptionist just laughed. A spill in the hallway right in front of the elevator stayed there for an entire day before anything was done about it. Room keys kept not working. Breakfast had very poor options.

Breakfast was a great variety of choices.Fruit, Cereals, toast, bagels, eggs and a pancake making machine!!! Fruit and different coffees to choice from! Excellent!!!!!

I paid almost $400 for my room because they jacked up the price for an all state public school cross country championship. This wasn’t money that went to the school. Or the league. If I had booked my room 1 day earlier it would have cost $69. At that price- it’s great. At almost $500? It’s a slap in the face.
