Location and beach was nice. Pool area was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to help make my stay pleasant.

That I had an interior room with no ocean view without having to go outside and it was advertised and purchased as an Oceanview room.

Absolutely nothing..I forfeited 167 dollars for a night i refused to stay

. Worse place ever. Think of a run down hotel about to literally fall apart and that would be better then this place. Parties, sex in the pool, mold, broken everything, not clean. I could go on for days on how bad this place was

Great Hotel on the beachfront and even better that i had an oceanfront room! The view cant be beaten. Choose the oceanfront room and it makes the stay worthwhile. I also enjoyed that the beach was only steps away. We took advantage of the grill and pool as well. All around, it was a perfect stay!

It felt like the floors could have been swiffered more or cleaned better...didnt like the remnants of sand throughout the room and because of this, you'll need slippers or shoes in the room.

The location.

The owner(female) was the rudest. She never apologized and just assumed a refund was what I was asking for. Between her and booking.com it was never resolved. She pointed me to how I reserved but it ultimately went back to her which is redundant. The beds were held up by 2 pieces of wood, one ac unit did not work, the rooms were not cleaned and the pictures currently online are out of date. The staff there is nice -the owner is the issue. The location is ideal but the property is OLD and outdated. The windows are painted closed in the bathroom and kitchen, caulking is missing around the tubs, the floors are unclean and one of the beds had pointy metal or screws on the side which is dangerous. This was a gift trip for my mom - this place taught us a lesson- never come back.

The location is fantastic on the beach which we didn't even use much as there was a great pool and courtyard and walkable streets out front.

Hard to say. It looks like it was built in the 1950s and there hasn't been much done to update although it was quite clean. Too much furniture in some of the rooms (we stayed in more than one because I booked a second week after booking the first week). I wish there was less furniture and more utensils in the kitchen. It was hard to flip a burger with a big spoon but loved the fact that I could cook meals right there.

Great location - peaceful private beach area. The place is still operating under COVID restrictions, so there was no maid service, but there was someone there to empty garbage and provide fresh towels. The resort is tucked in amoung some private condos and high rises, so it's almost like witness protection. Very private and we liked that very much. If you forgot an item, there is a charge for those items but it's extremely reasonable, like I think coffee for your pot which makes a 12 cup pot (love) was $2. Some other item, maybe a toothbrush, was 50 cents. We will def be back.

The place could prob use some updating. And the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but believe me I'm scraping here. It's a lovely old quiet intimate place and we were very happy with the staff and location.

The bed was very comfortable.

The facilities were very run down. Our room was clean. The kitchen did not have a can opener, or hot pads to remove food from the oven.

We were shocked at the poor condition of the facility. The place is structurally falling apart and should not be open for business.The deck wasn’t safe, it was falling apart. It had black mold everywhere. The floor in our room was filthy and covered in sand. Other guests felt the same way.

The place is a dump!!! Do not stay here. It’s a disaster!

So glad we chose this place, It has a comfy villa atmosphere, and so convenient to everything. We will be back again soon!

The location was amazing and steps from the beach! The small resort had everything we needed to enjoy our little beach getaway. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful!

The railing on the second floor...the owner apologized for it, and I know it will be replaced, but in the meantime it looks awful.
