There was breakfast? Check in was easy, location was great. it was really nice to have the separate living room.
Bed seemed to tilt to one side and just was not very comfortable.

The cost for that room was astronomic, but it was in a resort town in high summer, so expected. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, no outstanding features, but I was not looking for frills.

Perfect location - could walk to everything in Grand Lake - clean, basic room - very quiet - will stay there again -reasonable for high season in Grand Lake

The location was ok.
The staff didn't seem snowmobile friendly, was asked to move my truck and load up my ramp to make room for another row of cars. There was never another row of cars, owner power trip. I still happily complied. I only stayed here because the better hotel was booked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There is no water dispenser, I was told to get water from the bathroom tap by staff. The shower leaked water all over the floor, and the room was not the best. You want the best in Grand Lake go stay at Gateway Inn.

We came here for New Years and had a wonderful time. The hosts are super kind and accommodating; the rooms were clean and comfortable; the location was perfect, blocks from everywhere in town that we wanted to go; and the hot tub in the back gazebo was awesome after a full day of snow sports. My wife is already asking when we can go back! Highly recommend (and having a dog-friendly option is a huge bonus).

The Spirit Lake Lodge was excellent. The location, the room, all of it was great. We almost picked a different place but it didn't have the room size we needed so we looked in Grand Lake and I am so glad we did. It was my son's gift to my husband for Father's day and now he can't wait to come back.
My husband and I both use walking canes for mobility and we ended up on the 2nd floor. It would have been a little easier to come and go if we had been on the first floor

So Horrible !! I paid 155 for a little room that was not worth the money. Bathroom was dirty , door didn't work correctly could not lock my door . Travel with my 75 year old Mother with breathing problems. The dirt was so bad she was up all nite and left at five am . Also not dog friendly they charge extra 30 a night and 100 if you don't inform them of a dog. Service dog not more than 11 lbs. Thanks for a horrible experience and a total waste of money.

The location on the main drag in Grand Lake is good. We liked that it is close to the lake. The pine finish inside was excellent, and the bed was comfortable.
The hot tub was set at 101 and the jets didn't work. The hotel was advertised as being "pet friendly" but it costs an additional $30 per night to bring our dog. Additionally, the sign inside of the unit said that pets were not allowed on any furniture. The shower was in poor condition; the head had little pressure and the valve to turn it on leaked. The door lock was difficult and sometimes took a few attempts to get it unlocked with the key.

nothing to complain about at all! check in was easy, rooms very clean, cute fridge & microwave set up, friendly staff & simple check in & out with a key drop! We had a long day at the local ski resort & they were kind enough to allow us to stay 30 minutes longer for check out. we will definitely be back
