Location and not to crowded.

Looks like the hotel could use some TLC.

Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Perfect location in Gaslight Quarter. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

We had a balcony but no chairs to sit on.

The suite was huge, with so much space!

I have no complaints. If anything maybe it could have had a small radio/speaker.

Close to restaurants, walking distance to the Bay Area.

There was no parking. 50 dls per night for valet.

They charged me an extra 22 dollars, although I had paid by booking.com and reserved the room earlier. Its not acceptable to pay in advance, and when you want to check in, they say they missed an item and they need to add it to your bill. They also charged my credit card an extra 100 dollars as a deposit for the room to account for any damages that I may cause to their old room furniture!

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's right in the Gaslamp district, you can walk to so many restaurants and bars. It's also very easy to get onto the highway. We had a significant delay in our arrival time, but the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I liked the style of the hotel, the lobby area was beautiful.

Coming in from a very late flight and waking up early as we were on East Coast time, it would have been nice to have in room dining available. Also, there was a gas fireplace in the room, which is a nice amenity, but there was no safety barrier in front of it. For a family traveling with a toddler, this was a huge hazard.

It was close to everything.

Whoever drove my car while valet parking hit my tire and took a piece off of it, and it went flat.

Walls were too thin and bed were too loud. I was not able to get any good sleep because the couple upstairs and my snoring neighbor. The music and the crowd on the street were loud all through the night. I immediately regretted getting the balcony room.

The hotel overcharge my credit with a big amount of money

bathroom was small, had to change rooms due to cracked tile floor in bathroom for the suite I booked and a very old sleeper sofa that wasn’t really usable. no issues switching rooms

The cleanliness and upkeep of the facility was below par given the cost. Daily cleaning services and updating of amenities was below par, again for the price.
