Nothing I liked

The rooms were nasty,dirty and they have old furniture in there everything looked so bad I just opened the door and looked at room and it made me feel so uncomfortable and I was not gonna put my bags down at all in there that's how horrible the room was

Room was booked for 3 adults 1 child and only had 1 x king bed. It was filthy, just about everything broken and not even cheap. only redeeming factor was friendly staff.

The front desk clerk was a very nice young lady who did her best to help us.

Reserved a non-smoking king room. First room they gave us was obviously smoked in for weeks. It reeked really of cigarette smoke. Went back to the front desk and the very nice young lady working immediately gave us a different non-smoking room. It also had been obviously smoked in. At this point we asked to cancel and for a refund. The owner refused to give a refund because there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. We'll take this up with our credit card company. They will be giving a refund, because they did not provide the room we reserved and paid for. A non-smoking King bed. I would not recommend this hotel for anything. We went to Motel 6 across the freeway and got a really good room for the same price. The owner was a jerk for hiding behind a cancellation policy and not delivering the non-smoking room we reserved.

If is well kept with regards to cleanliness.

some of the appliances and convenience looked old.

property needs improvement. wires hanging around with no purpose. lamps were unplugged when we arrived. shower curtain looked unclean and clinged to us in the shower.

Did not stay at the location.

A/C didn't work. Television volume maxed out was still too low.
