The smell, my bath room door had 2 holes in it and they covered it up with clear tape the outlets were weird the one that was closest for me to plug in my phone was behind the bed and had no outlet cover

My bed was clean. That was it.

There was mold and food in the refrigerator, the microwave was unusable, the sink was filthy, there was pubic hair on the toilet that was plugged up, there was poop on the floor, no toilet paper, no trash can, the room smelled of sewage.

Booking has not been successful on getting an answer from this dumpster fire of a motel. They owe me a refund. The so called motel was filthy, dirty, disgusting, smelly fire hazard room. When called front desk about new bedding cause the ones in the room were filthy, the lady was lazy, cold and could care less about. The room has frayed wires which are a fire hazard. Even had old food in the fridge. The room smelled so bad it made my family sick. Stay away from this place. I am still waiting on my refund!

the room was dirty, walls were covered in dust, sheets were dirty. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. The room had so much dust and probably mildew that I still cant stop sneezing. This is by far the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in!!

What did I think of the breakfast you asked? What breakfast? None was offered at Hawk's Nest. Unless we wanted to go next door to the restaurant the clerk mentioned but it cost. We didnt go.

The bathroom had holes in the wall. Left of the door. The bathroom door had a hole like someone hit it with their fist. The bathroom door threshold was tacky. The light over the sink didnt work. The walls looked like they had been patched and repatched. And no coffee machine. The swimming pool was disgusting. Dark brown standing water in the one end. Didnt like that the front door to lobby was locked and had to call to have it opened although we had reservations. And it wasn't t late at night. It was around 5:00 pm.

No breakfast. We were told the restaurant just behind us would provide breakfast free when we show we were staying at Hawk nest. No such thing. Web said breakfast was included. It was NOT!

No tv, no trash can, no coffee maker for the packet of coffee. The carpet was sticky. Bathroom was filthy. Makeup on the counter. Toilet paper in the toilet. Used soap in the shower and on sink. Old food in the dirty fridge. Horribly stained sheets.

There is only one person working there checking in people cleaning up she seemed very overworked and I bet underpaid but she did her best to accommodate everyone if we went back she would be the reason

The bed was actually pretty comfortable.

There were bugs everywhere, in the fridge, on the table, on the sink, walls. Stains on the sheets and towels. Holes burned into the bed covers and it was a non smoking room. Deadbolt was laying on the floor. No towels in the room, not even a 1/4 roll of Toilet paper. No coffee.

The worst hotel we've ever been in. When we walked into the lobby to check in it was filthy there was stuff all over the floor the big nice table they had had crumbs and nastiness all over it it was not cleaned or wipe down, this place is a s*** hole. When we got into our room, the mirror was not cleaned, the bath tub was not cleaned, there was stuff all in the bottom of the tub, there were toilet paper wrappers on the bathroom floor. The sheets had stains on them, we had to take them off. Then Some person kicked in the door right next to our room, the cops got called, we didn't feel safe with our kids being there let alone ourselves. This place was a crack head heaven.

Dirty, run down and terrible service! Worst experience ever!

The view from the room, the pool was clean, and the location is great! It's close to Dog Days and Backwater Jacks which are 2 of our new favorite places so the Uber was really cheap and my husband actually walked to get our car from Dog Days the next morning, only about a 10 minute walk. If I were younger and spending less time in the room like I did in my early 20s I would probably stay again only because it is affordable and close to good places and I didn't sleep or hang in the room much.

The public bathroom off the lobby was pretty gross. There were ants all over the trash can and the toilet looked as if it had been quite some time since its last cleaning. The lobby was dated and it was pretty dirty also. The blinds were broken and the windows needed cleaned. But, I didn't let that decide for me. The room wasn't terrible but it was dated. There was no phone, the air conditioner couldn't keep up so we took a late night trip to Walmart for a box fan and some pillows. There is only one small trash can in the room which we took to the bathroom. The towels were stained but they smelled clean, so I was not worried. The carpet in the corridor needed replaced or torn off as there were many tears over the decking that were a trip hazard. It smelled like smoke and weed the whole walk to our room and as a previous poster stated it appeared that they had quite a few people living there. All in all I will probably not stay here again but it wasn't awful, could use a good deep cleaning which can be hard to do as most places are short staffed, but a few simple things could improve my rating a whole lot. The pool was nice, it was clean and the staff was nice to us also they even let us take a late night swim and waited until we were done to lock the pool up. We didn't ask for much. The TV wasn't picking up but Becky from the front desk fixed that issue promptly. You just have to change input to HDMI each time you turn the TV on. I really hate leaving a bad review but just cleanliness in the lobby and bathrooms goes a long way. I never got a code for the WiFi so I just used my own data.

Nothing to like about it.

The room smelled like urine and for a non smoking hotel it smelled like an ashtray. There were full grown roaches scattering and then the bed bugs!!!
