Breakfast was okay. Location and room were nice.

The tapping noise in the bathroom vent was very annoying. Had to close bathroom door to sleep. Told staff, who said vents were installed wrong and made noise based on the wind. Only bad thing at hotel.

someone tried to open my room door at 7:30am scaring me, it was housekeeping. not a good way to start the day.

Location to everything we were doing -= easy access to hotel from highway. Room was very spacious and loved the bed.

It was nice & quiet. Liked the variety of breakfast items available & that breakfast was open until 10 am.

Didn't like having to change rooms due to a toilet issue.

Most of the staff was very nice.

Dirty, dirty. The pool was disgusting. The breakfast was horrible. No coffee and the chief was very rude.

The breakfast and location were good

Untrained employee at check in. Took about 30 minutes to check in. Her relief person was late and she had to call someone to walk her thru the process. She was friendly but she should not have been alone. The coffee maker should NOT be in the bathroom. Did not like the handheld shower head. It would not stay attached while the water was running and it was difficult for the kids to use.

housekeeping unlocked and entered our room at 8:30 in the morning with no knock. like how about checking with the front counter to see if we have checked out yet or not???

Great location, was close by to everywhere we wanted to go. Felt very safe and our room was quiet as I requested. Other guests were polite and everyone was respectful. Our room was nice and large and very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety and plenty of places to sit.

Don't have any complaints to report from this visit. None

it was well-kept and had a courteous staff.

The Jacuzzi needed some definite maintenance! The water did not look clean and did not circulate terribly well.
