The room they gave me had a bad odor and roaches crawling on wall and bed

The location was convenient.

It seemed old, run-down, dirty.

The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the privacy curtain was peeling in spots and light was shining through it. So, my room did not feel very private, especially at night.

Nothing I didn't get to stay, nor have I gotten my refund either. It never stated on booking .com that they didn't take certain kinds of credit cards. So when I arrived there and the tenneiant said that I couldn't , it was kind of upsetting to say the least.

Nothing was good enough to give credit.

They had zero dairy products including powdered creamer for the free coffee. They never brewed fresh coffee. Room smelt terrible, had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Hair in the "clean" dishes. Beer bottle caps, trash bag stuck to the sticky garbage can and the clean one inside the can was also stuck. We didn't get enough towels for 4 people and didn't get any swapped the entire time by housekeeping. They never asked for our trash or gave us new bags. No water machine for clean water. It was just very poor. Zero rating from me. I came from jonesboro ar. A 5 hour trip. And the beds were so hard that it made my drive home very uncomfortable. Blankets were worn down and the duvet kept falling off the blankets. They people above us was stomping and jumping all night. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to get the other guests to quiet down. That was at 12 midnight. Just terrible.

Stayed for a quick night on a road trip. Great location and clean facilities!
