Beds way too hard. Was to light so much room couldn’t get dark. So close to highway could hear trucks all night.

Rooms were nice a little small but ok for the weekend.

Beds were not comfortable.

The staff was really rude,they are not kid friendly, breakfast was dry cereal, only last and hour, you are constantly being watch, they use the same trash bags over and over. I wouldn't recommend

The room has a smell and it wasn't a comfortable stay.

It was clean

Cost of pet fee they charge per dog. Don't book if you going to. A dog show will cost as much for your dogs so double the price.

Location is excellent. Room was clean and well stocked. Mattress was a little too firm but tolerable. No breakfast but not a problem for me. I like the fact that there is no carpet in the rooms. Floors are LVP.

Lighting was dim and you had to turn on several lamps to brighten it up. Remote control for TV didn’t work properly most of the time. I asked for new batteries and the manager insisted on giving me a lesson on how to operate the remote rather than give me new batteries. I KNEW how to operate the remote…it isn’t rocket science)!

The outside looked nice.

The rooms needed a lot of attention. The furniture was old and dirty. The chairs were badly stained and one had mold on it. We were in a none smoking room but there was a cigarette burn in the sheet and bed spread and one of the sheets were ripped.

The hotel clerk checking us in was kind of rude to my husband. Got an attitude when he rang the bell to get him to come out to help us. The bed was super hard and our air conditioner only half worked and was really loud. Then the next morning the breakfast was pathetic. When we got there at 9am there were 3 muffins left and barely any milk for cereal. Only one kid of kids cereal also. And when we tried to get juice all that came out of the machine was orange tinted water and the apple juice didn't work at all. Breakfast was supposed to last til 930 but I guess not

The rooms were very clean! Kids enjoyed the pool!

Continental breakfast was sparse. Amenities listed were misleading (ex: laundry room)

Very nice refurbished facility. Clean, quiet, within 2 miles of my workplace and easily accessible. Management was very good for room placement to accommodate my needs.

All good. (Not a lot of breakfast choices but not an issue for me.)

Clean rooms

Ice machine was not working properly and I had to go buy ice elsewhere. Continental breakfast was horrible and I heard that comment from several patrons. Cereal and milk in open container, 3 breakfast bars and orange juice was watered down and tasted terrible.

Stay went well. The only problem I had is the housekeepers coming before checkout time to room. I felt like I was being rushed.

Stop knocking before 11am.
