The nastiness of the room. Sheets and covers had stains on them, the floor was sticky and tables and nightstands dirty and the bathroom

the facility smelt like smoke, the bathroom was dirty, the water in the shower was cold, there were people standing outside our door smoking all night.

Well they put us in a homeless shelter room and was not notified of this. Then there were spots on the sheets and pillow cases which we didn't see what appeared to be blood stains till the next morning. There was no glass tray to put your food on to warm your food in the microwave. The room smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room. I reported all this and got nothing but an apology. No discount or change of room nothing. I felt bad because my kids had to sleep on these sheets and we are still not sure if the room had been truly cleaned.

The night shift was a nice fellow

The room was very run down, towels and washcloths had hair matted in them, tile missing and broken, not clean at all. Everything was outdated. One tv didn't work. For the price, it was very disappointing.

Room was VERY DIRTY not cleaned well at ALL I was upset and not happy with my room or service!!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to no one!!!

The room with the double bed was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable

There was a funky smell present throughout the hallways as well as the room. The bathtub barley drained so while you showered you had dirty water around your feet

the room I had the floors was dirty, I couldn’t walk around bare foot if I wanted to. the mirrors in the room was filthy and half the lights in the room did not work.
