It was in a good location, very comfortable and quiet.

Bed was very comfortable. A/C nice and cold. Breakfast was tasty (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, coffee, juice). The staff was friendly and helpful. And I use a walker, so the elevator was a necessity.

I’ve stayed here twice now, the pool is warm enough to swim right now in January and the hot tub is awesome! Close to eating out! The breakfast was great, make your own waffles, and eggs and ham, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, milk juice cream cheese peanut butter!!

We appreciate you going above and beyond for your guests, understand that sometimes repairs are outside of your control and my family and I look forward to returning again soon. The staff is nice and the beds are comfortable. It’s nice to enjoy breakfast and to bring a dog (we were charged an additional $25 pet fee at checkin).

We were on the first floor. There was a horrible smell in the hallway and in the rooms. The pool and fitness center were closed and many rooms appeared to be airing out as they were dealing with a busted water pipe, I believe. While things like this can happen in cold weather, I would have preferred to know this before checking in to avoid the horrible stench. We typically like this hotel and location, but the smell was almost unbearable.

The rooms were decent sized. The beds were semi comfortable. The kids enjoyed the big blankets

The pool area is infested with ants. You will get bitten. Also watch for black widows. Had to kill one myself. The gym was closed because a water pipe burst. Which I understand. Other guests attempted to enter my room. When I asked staff, he just said um ok. Guess if they had gotten in and hurt us, he'd just say um ok.
