Great accomodations. Very clean, cozy & convenient to restaraunts & shopping. Host greeted us on arrival and showed us to our room and gave us some tips on Homer. In addition, host has compiled a great guide in the room to local hikes, scenic drives and lots of tour info. Everything was excellent with stay.

Good location with beautiful view across the water to the mountains. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Okay wifi. Nice and quiet at night. Easy check in. Excellent value.

The owners are fabulous and the check in process is great because the owners care so much.

Rooms were very dated. There was a very stale and musty smell in the apartment. I had to leave windows open for hours to air out the space before I could sleep there.

We were upgraded without extra cost. We felt very welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless.The kitchen is also complete. We were able to reheat our food. Spaceous bedroom. The entire place was clean. Everything we needed was there.

I loved the owner and host who made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with finding all the best restaurants and connections to water taxies and float planes through her personal friends. Can't recommend her and this cute place highly enough!

Lila was very pleasant. Helpful with dinner suggestions. She called me early that day to offer several choices of rooms. Great location.

Instead of a hotel room, think small 1-bedroom apartment that is furnished. When we got there, instead of the smell of Fabreeze or some other cleaner, all you could smell is .. clean is the only way to describe it. Slight ionization in the air, but it smelled like outdoors air, but without the slight smell of fish the rest of the town has. It's hard to describe. There were fresh grounds for the coffee pot, ice in the freezer to use, and this is the first place I've ever stayed in that had silverware and plates and such there for use. It was like one of those places you see on Air B&B. Very nice. And half the price of a smaller room at the Best Western up the street.

They didn't leave complementary soap for us to steal? At least not that I saw. They had hand soap in a pump bottle, Oh, and the nerve to not have EXTRA ABSORBENT two-ply toilet paper, instead. Seriously, though, Shannon and I made a video to show our friends and family just how good this room was. There wasn't a thing to complain about.

No breakfast was offered. Should be priced special for local Alaskan residents. over all friendly staff. Comfortable room nice and quiet. I would book this place again.

I left very early in the morning to go on a scheduled flight so didn't have time for breakfast.

The place is owned and managed by Rich and Amy, who are truly an enjoyable couple. They are engaging, warm people who gave great recommendations and made me feel appreciated as a guest. I loved my stay and will certainly return.
