I loved, loved, loved the view and location. Everything else was lackluster.
Parking, cleanliness, staff, attention to astetics in room i.e. missing outlet covers, TV sound didn't work rotting wood.

We both liked the adjacent restaurant as well as the view and proximity to the beach. Bed was super comfy, too.
Only the lower windows (small ones) opened to let in fresh air and the sound of the ocean.

There was nothing good about this place. My sister and I ended up leaving at 10pm instead of staying. No service, heat barely worked in our room, window latches where broken, letting in the stormy breeze and rain in. The manager of the place said that's normal the windows don't latch.... ( easy fix). The pool had slime and mold all over so didn't get to utilize it. Manager was very rude and could help at all to get a refund.
Pictures on line do not match with reality. Building is falling apart, and pool is not clear blue and clean.
This place is disgusting. My sister and I ended up sitting in my truck for over 30 min trying to warm up cause our room was so cold. We ended up cutting our trip a day short and left without much choice.

I found a Dimond in the rough. The view was absolutely amazing, and the bed had to be the most comfortable ever slept in.
The look of building from the outside looked really ruff and in need of TLC.

The adult only rooms are quiet, and have a beautiful view. We stayed in another room this time and it was still great. Hot water is hot, the tubs are amazing and can fit 2. The view is breathtaking, TV's are great fridges hold a lot.

Location and view were awesome. Hotel bar is cute and quaint, and bartender Joe is awesome. Room is spacious but furniture isn't very comfortable. Restaurant food is pretty good.
last day there at restaurant, we waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast. A table that arrived and ordered well after we placed our order, got their food a good 10 minutes before we did. The staff barely acknowledged the delay with a brief apology of being busy.

The view from the restaurant and rooms is beautiful. nice also having the restaurant, saves a lot of hassle.
this room had the coldest bathroom, but leaving the door open allows it to warm up some.

Wish there was a safety lock on the door like other places like hotels have young child and door was to easily opened also as a woman I like that extra sense of security for my safety and peace of mind

Comfortable Bed, Nice jetted Tub and shower! Nice view! Great Pool and Hot tub!! They called us to check on how our room was!
The Bartender in the bar was rude and a asked us if she had to walk all the way back to our table to deliver our food! The other bartender was nice and took over for her to help us! We did not go back! How upsetting to go to place at the beach and be treated so rudely!

The view cannot be beat. The ocean is right outside your window and you have absolute privacy. The room is very spacious and at first glance has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and pillows are plentiful.
I was cold. For the weather in February, the baseboard heat hardly worked and the fireplace wasn't cutting it. There was a very light comforter on the bed and no extra blankets. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The Keurig didn't work and was coated with thick dust on the back. The hair dryer was awkwardly placed so you could hardly get it to reach your head.

The room was warm when we showed up, very clean , great view! right outside the window!, check in was very pleasant and friendly, and the food was great. No charge for parking!

The stay was perfect! The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful and having the balcony was so perfect to have some warm coffee and watch the ocean. The staff was so nice and helpful. My boyfriend and I loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Location Location great Ocean Front View. Jetted tub, Fire place and balcony were all wonderful. Even the deck had comfortable chairs.
Comfortable bed with fluffy pillows.
Big TV, table and 2 chairs.
On Site restaurant had a great breakfast! wonderful ocean view.
We were not informed until after check in that the pool and hot tub were not open. Front desk clerk more concerned with their cell phone and not knowledgeable of area.

I requested a print out photo of Justin Trudeau- something in a suit- with a sentence reading to my husband- I hope your enjoying your trip, my love- Justin.
However they did not provide- can't win them all. Everything else was wonderful- would recommend.

the Pool and hot tub we’re great! Our suite was huge, open, and had a great view. very convenient to have a restraint on site. Beds were comfortable and tons of hot water. Staff was pretty friendly and got us what we needed. Option of extended check out time was nice.
like others have said the property is in need of updating, it makes the rooms look kind of dirty with needed paint and other things. we lived our room but the floors could have been swept and cleaned better.
