Beds were comfortable. Great location.
I didn't like the fact that the staff knocked and right away opened the door with their key. Invasion of privacy.
Their breakfast consists of cereal, toast, and packaged muffins. No warm food.

The air conditioner was making a very loud noise all night the room took to long to cool down. Couldn't sleep at all and than it started to smell like burning smell. .

Location was great. Rooms looked better than outside.
Outside needs upkeep. The room stunk we went bought lysol to spray. The rooms looked better than outside. Almost canceled because how it looked. They put had mostly everyone in the back part.

Ac unit blew onto bed, pillows uncomfortable. Needed more bath towels. Bug in bathroom. Breakfast offerings were very, very few, no decaf coffee.

location was good.
The beds were broken, floor was dirty, pull out sofa did not work. Breakfast was non existent. The room was hot. These issues were brought to the attention of staff but were not addressed. we will not return to this location. There were several people with glass containers in the pool area.

Everything was wonderful lady at the check-in counter was very nice and helpful when our key didn't work for our bedroom she had somebody come fix it right away I'll definitely be returning

Had electricity and plenty of hot water.
Breakfast was store bought individually wrapped muffins and pastries out of a box and coffee to go. Falsely advertised. House keeping did not lift or move curtains to remove dirty sock. Keys only worked one time and had to run in the cold and wet weather to replace keys. Also was moved twice before they settled on a room for us.

The lady at the check in counter was really friendly and helpful and my room was really clean.
The bath towels were too small lol but that's not something that can be fixed.
