The whole stay was supposed to be able to use the swimming pool and we checked in we found out the pool was not in use and it was not posted online or anything it was too late with two little kids to go and find a different location that actually had something fun for the kids to do, so we ended up staying there only to realize that we couldn't even go for a walk outside cuz there's so much crazy people on every corner

Liked the customer service. The People where very nice.

The people in the room next to ours where fighting till like 5 to 6 in the morning. Woke up tired.

Only one entry door but parking was opposite of it.

Comfortable. Nice location, walkable to places.

Our fridge was plugged in but not turned on so all of the food we had put in there spoiled.

The room was okay. I was expecting great breakfast, but it turned out to be plain oatmeal with no milk or sugar and small muffins. ✍ price should be a little cheaper. 😊

The two staff we interacted with were super nice and friendly. Room was comfortable (temperature-wise). That’s it.

I rode the elevator up with a couple who laughed that the place was “shabby chic.” They weren’t wrong. The halls were dirty and littered with people’s used towels and full trash bags. Paint was chipping, carpet was stained. Our room had some kid’s glitter paint smears on the wall. The beds were…hotel beds. Nothing special, nothing tragic. But everything else looked run-down and dilapidated. I had booked elsewhere previously, but they closed permanently ahead of our trip and I had to book something new with less than two weeks’ notice. For the price I paid for this dump, they could’ve spent a little extra to hire housekeeping to pick up and clean the place. Maybe even a fresh coat of paint and a carpet cleaner sometime in the last decade. The room itself was just this side of presentable. I’m dubious that anyone actually did a thorough cleaning, but I couldn’t prove otherwise… Still, the rest of the place? No debate. Stay somewhere else or pay less for your grunge.

I didn't like the staff and how they go about working with situations at any hotel. So wrong about that. Not to mention an employee used his key to get into my room. Refused to leave when asked.Video evidence. Not safe to stay here. Cops will be called when conflict arises and customers will be screwed up on their room and money.

It needs maintenance, comfort features like somewhere to sit down in the lobby common area... generally not well kept but it wasn't the worst

the staff is so wonderful and kind here!

The convenience of the the price, I want my family to be with us and was grateful for the price.
