Great location and front desk staff checking in and out we're great.

Halls dirty, people hanging out in the parking lot. Very loud.

The front desk staff were so great!

It stinks bad! Not very clean. There was water in the floor of my room when I first got there. I grabbed a towel to clean it up and it was filthy. Not sure what they are using to cover up the smell, but it is bad.

The first and second room they put me in smell like an ashtray the third room the AC broke down the heater broke down the burner and the kitchen went out in the middle of cooking steak and they refused to help me with anything the hot water went out all the time half the time I didn't have a hot bath and one time when I asked for toilet paper I was told I needed to go to the sto. And when I told the next person what she said I got yelled at and she said I know she didn't say that. That lady always had a sour puss face and was always angry at me for some reason and I will never go back.. I have called three times to complain about this place and nobody ever calls me back

I called customer service three times to tell them about the issues of this hotel and nobody will return my phone calls

Staff members were friendly.

Floors felt slimy and there was hair on our bed when we went to get into it. The shower in our room did not get hot.

The hotel lobby was decorated in a Mardi Gras theme which I loved. The front desk lady was awesome. I would stay again

I couldn't get the heater to come on and at time the Dish satellite would freeze up.

it was dirty. the room had not been cleaned this was 7 pm. no linens on the bed, trash in the can, dirty toilet and roaches

Comfortable beds and spacious. I Liked the mini kitchen area.

Halls smelled of cigarettes. Hair in the bathtub. A little out dated.

The room was average. We had free wifi. It had a full size fridge.

Some of the outlets didn't work. There were large tubes in the halls because they were cleaning the heaters which made it difficult to get around. The breakfast included was coffee and granola bars.
