Booking.Com sent me a confirmation for my reservation, but DID NOT SEND the confirmation to the hotel! When we arrived at the hotel, it was way past midnight, we were stuck WITHOUT a reservation because the hotel did not receive anything from Booking.Com! Fortunately, there was a room available, we had to make the reservation directly with the hotel, at the hotel's rate instead, which is higher than what I get from Booking.com through my Genius status. This is the second time Booking.com screwed us at two different places, two different times. Not happy with Booking.com!

Manager on restaurant was rude and unhelpful to say theeast. He should not be manager of anything. Restaurant was closed on Sunday. Sink in room drained very slowly. Shower curtain was so long that it filled hf the tub. Difficult not to trip on it. Remote had to be changed three times!! If this was .the first time at a Sheraton, it would also be my last. We were amazed that it was run so badly.

only 1 elevator that was very small and slow. room was small and lots of cosmetic stuff that was very noticeable. bed was not comfortable at all. shower was slow to drain

Breakfast buffet was not worth the $15 charge. It was flavorless.

This hotel was extremely clean especially since they allow pets... I have a dog and most places that allow him are not this nice, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Some of the employees were more helpful and understanding than others, for instance, Mr Eddie who works in maintenance, should be promoted and Deb who look so tired but still smile and dod everything she could to see our point of view. So no I did not enjoy my stay ohh let me not forget to the lady brought us the microwave thank you very much.

Bed was a mess, pillows terrible, not plugs on both sides for phone accessories, I said bed but I really mean the whole bed is terrible you sink in. Also the gentleman that assumed that we had done that to the room, ask yourself this I ask for nothing in return besides can you do my bed so I can go to sleep.

The toilet was extremely loud when u flushed it , walls are thin and the bathtub was clogged up .

Room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable as well.

No breakfast was offered due to COVID, yet their restaurant was open for dinner??

It is conveniently located near wings event center.

The shampoo dispenser was empty, the tv remote didn’t work properly, and the pillows themselves (not the cases) had yellow staining on all of them except one. The pool wasn’t open. The restaurant/slash bar in the lobby wasn’t open at all during the time I was there.

I loved the bartender Reid.

Staff was rude, rooms were old and beat up. bathtub didn't drain.The staff wouldn't let the deck date guest on the room check in. I had to leave work to drive there to show my license to start check in. I was told since I used a third party booking they get paid less and they would rather we book directly.
