The location was great. The location provided easy access to local restaurants.

The room needed to be painted badly. The pillows were horrible. One of the two beds wasn't made upon check-in. The back side of the door to the hotel room had paint peeled off it. The toilet was not level it rocked when you sat on it. The hot water took FOREVER to warm up. There were dogs barking numerous times INSIDE the hotel. Walls seemed to be paper thin, could hear noises throughout the night.

Window was open with no screen. Since the temp was down the next morning, I turned the heat on. The smell was terrible. I spent some time in the bathroom with the hairdryer to heat some space. The Wi-fi was not working in my room; I complained with the response; We don't have Wi-Fi in the office area too!

Upon arrival it took almost 30 minutes for the desk clerk to show up, several guests were waiting....and waiting. Entering the room, the toilet had been used and not flushed, two gobs of hair in the bathtub. The AC barely worked, had to turn it off and on to reset about every two hours. The metal frame for one of the beds was too big for the mattress (which was comfortable, btw) and stuck out about 6-8 inches just above ankle height, my wife cut her leg on it. Dogs barked incessantly when owners were allowed to leave them in the room alone. Internet connection was very weak. We cut our stay short by a night and day.

It was DIRTY!!! Had to wash off feet before getting in bed every time. Marijuana smell iiin the halls. Smelled like smoke on linens. Staff were rude. This is the first time I have ever left a review, that is how much I was dissatisfied.

Coffee was fresh and hot

Slight problem with A/C unit. Had to start fan before A/C would work. Once it cycled off, didn’t restart
