The price, everything else was grossly overpriced because of a concert going on. In my opinion, this property was still overpriced despite the demand for hotels. Staff was nice! Location was good.
WiFi didn't work. The room lacked even the simplest updates which made it feel dirty (it also wasn't the cleanest so it wasn't just a feeling) There were multiple people tailgating in the parking lot. Bed was uncomfortable (VERY out dated and flat comforter) and only had two pillows on a king with no spares in room.

They had WI-FI but internet connection was horrible. On their sign it advertised Continental Breakfast, but all they had was packaged pastries. There wasn't even a microwave in breakfast room to heat them up.

the room smelled, the bed smelled like cat pee had to sleep at the other end of the bed, the two smallest pillows in the world, uncomfortable, everything was falling apart the lamps on the walls didn’t even actually work.

Staff was nice. The room had everything I needed. I was able to check in at 1am. There was no bad smell like you sometimes have in places like these

Breakfast was simple, but it was nice to get an easy snack and coffee. Room was very nice and clean. Heating took a little playing with to dial in, but was fine once dialed.

Didn't eat breakfast cause Starbucks is just up the street. Location is quite good midway between Seattle and home. Good rest point for when I don't want to drive home in the dark.

The outlets weren't secure &, I had a hard time finding one that worked. The floor was sticky. Their idea of breakfast is cold wrapped pastry and coffee.

The size of the room
I didn't like the bed was ichy like fleas and too much homeless people hanging out then when I was leaving to go to my care thier was a mat from a care that drug stuff on it someone put it under my car driver's side

Housekeeping was good and provided clean towels. Check in was courteous and friendly
Reception didn’t greet and wasn’t attentive. The breakfast wasn’t adequate cold coffee, and nothing but honeybun and cinnamon rolls. Rowdy and annoying guest. Garbage collected regularly under stairwell outside.

The bathroom barely had any hot water for a shower and had very weak water pressure. Other than that. All good.

We knew the area was a little rough, there are lots of lights, lots of cameras, police presence. It isn’t a pleasure stay but good enough to lay your head at night.
our room, 118, the carpets seemed to be a little wet all the time. seemed odd, we found some kinda drugs behind a table, poor ventalation in the bathroom, maybe a 5’4 shower head. breakfast was packaged Pastries and a pot of coffee.
