Everything was really clean. Our room was nice, the bed was so comfy. Usually hotel beds and pillows are awful, not here! I actually was able to sleep. Which is a first. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good the gentleman who was the breakfast attendant was super friendly and funny! Even when my little ones got a little rambunctious because they were excited about the days activities his attitude didn’t waver. He noticed they weren’t eating and came up to me and said “grab those pop tarts I bet they will snack on those later!” All the staff that we talked to were so Nice and friendly. They made our children feel welcome which is a huge plus! They all talked to them, gave them fruit snacks, and made sure we had what we needed! I feel like most hotels when you walk in with toddlers, the staff attitudes towards you tend to shift. We were very impressed by everything about this hotel. If we ever come back to the ares we will definitely be booking here!

The hall ways were kind of hot. That’s my only complaint which isn’t a big deal since you usually don’t spend a lot of time in hotel hallways anyway!

It was conveniently located, easy to find and get in and out of. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was crowded, due to being opening day for the Reds baseball season and spring break. There were no muffins left when I went for breakfast and the line was extremely long for waffles.

The entire hotel was clean and our room was superb! The bed was VERY comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was pretty awful and we went elsewhere and paid for good food. The pool isn’t anything I could use for exercise. I suppose it’s ok for kids to splash around in.

Location was convenient and parking lot was well-lit. The hot breakfast was really good. Dining area was filled with comfortable seating. Every staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly! Beds were comfortable and showers had bath wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers! Clean and cozy place! Would have loved to have tried out the pool but ran out of time.

We had the breakfast one morning and it was a little disappointing. The coffee was out and took a long time to replenish. The oatmeal was out. The melon tasted off. Breakfast “nuggets” were lukewarm and we couldn’t tell what the ingredients were.

The staff was very welcoming. Our suite had plenty of space it was more than expected. Free parking was great as well as the free breakfast that was also better than expected and much appreciated. Pool was fun for our child. The view was amazing!

Only minor issue was the pull out couch/bed had crumbs under it.

It’s a nice property but it is right next to the highway. We’re from the country so I couldn’t sleep hardly at all with all the traffic noise.

Pay for your room then when you arrive they put ahold for more money and charge you for parking and the pool could have been warmer

Pull out couch was horrible. Mattress needs to be better. Couch made so much noise when the kids rolled over.please get new couch.

Everything about the property was very nice…But in your description it said free parking…which the parking was perfect except it is $7.00 a night, which is minimal…but still a charge.

Nice location

Doubled charged for parking at hotel for one night. Also had a charge for alcohol, which we did not have. Disappointing complementary breakfast as well. Bland steamed eggs and boiled tasteless ham not the greatest either.

Staff greeted us as we arrived and was helpful our entire stay. Rooms were terrific and very clean. Great view!!

Getting there was mildly troublesome with construction and one way streets.
