They kept my deposit for no reason and they went on as if it wasn’t their fault. They blamed it on my bank.. So we’ll see what happens with that

we love the food here. the staff, for the most part, is very attentive and they go out of their way to make sure our stay is nothing but perfect.

the first day, the lady at the counter asked if I wanted to switch to a different room. I asked if the room was the same size, to what she replied “no” and added that it was in fact smaller. why would I want to switch to a smaller room, which is cheaper, after I paid for the bigger one. then she refused to give me breakfast vouchers for the kids, even though I got the breakfast included, because “kids eat free”.. sadly, my kids don’t eat from the kids menu anymore. the last day I ordered a skillet which was supposed to come with peppers, mushrooms, and eggs, and it didn’t have any of these! it only had bacon, ham and potatoes. luckily, they didn’t have an issue remaking my order. also, the young girl Saturday morning made it right and gave me the vouchers for my kiddos for breakfast. It’s upsetting coming in and for someone to be rude or to give you an attitude when you’re simply asking a question.. I’ve always said, if you don’t like your job, Quit! I’m glad the employees that were there from Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon at checkout made it better. Both the staff at the front desk and the girls at the restaurant & bar were great! thanks for picking up the slack! Love this location.

First of all walking in the hotel one person staff somewhat friendly offer me a free drink coupon I can admit was excited but when I came to retrieve my free drink one person staff failed to mention bar was closed all day ...Didn't need a free water or juice 😫 Went to the room white powder on table didn't want to touch this was ridiculous... After a long trip needed to use restroom but toilet made noise when flushing really Annoying... Went next door at Taco cabana to have a drink and when going back to my room I was stopping at my car people outside smoking and drinking again I brought this to the attention to the one person staff she mentioned the cameras don't have ... Price was too high and I would not recommend I was very disappointed I would highly recommend a full refund 😡😡

Dogs barking all night. Had to pay for breakfast. Expensive. Elevators broke. Check In person not friendly. Halls were hot.
