The location to the ski resort and the amenities that came with the room

Not necessarily a didn’t like it’s just a little outdated but very clean and worth the cost

Enjoyed master bedroom hot tub.

Kitchen was spacious.

I really loved the view, it was nice, peaceful, and relaxing. The condo was really spacious and I loved the fact that it was 3 floors! The jacuzzi was nice as well.

The only downside is that it only has 1 Tv in the whole entire unit and the beds were kind of hard with really thin sheets. There are a couple of ladybugs here and there in each room as well.

beautiful location, we live nearby and knowing this gem is so close i’m sure we will visit again. comfortable and spacious, quiet property, no one was staying on either side of us. ample parking. full kitchen, huge jetted tub, fireplace and a nice tv. some of the furniture and decor was slightly dated but really not a big deal at all. beds were clean and comfortable. right on the golf course, dining options and convenience store located not far. the general store has a pretty surprising amount of inventory to choose from, only slightly overpriced. overall this is a great price for the stay as it’s an entire house and we had the smallest unit choice. check in is easy.

the only thing i would find as inconvenient especially if staying with a group of people, the lower floor and top floor bedroom have bathrooms attached, there is no bathroom on the main (middle) floor. staying as just a couple this wasn’t a big deal. The tap water is not drinkable, once again not a big deal we brought our own water. check out was a little early at 10am, i’m not sure if we could have had a later checkout

Location was nice on the golf course.

I like everything but would have been better if the main bedroom were upstairs and not down in a walkout basement. Would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom.

Staff was friendly and when we had a maintenance issue someone was out quickly even though it was on the 4th of July and a Sunday.

Units were old and need some updating.

I loved how the staff was ready for action as soon as you drove up. All ladies had pleasant personalities and was eager to help. The villas at chartlet high were spacious and extremely enjoyable. Any issues I had the staff was on it! I truly enjoyed my stay and I will be back!!✨👏🏾

I wish the pools stayed open later than 5pm on Saturdays

The apartment was big- plenty of room for our family

It wasn't very clean. Cobwebs, someone else's garbage by the edge of the bed

The unit was nice. Very neat and clean. Great location.

The beds were really hard to sleep on. My back hurt both days we were there. My children complain that their backs hurt also from the hard beds. The a/c units blow cold or hot air right on top. Of me while sleeping. My nose stuffed up in the morning when i woke up.

Location is great. The staff was amicable and responsive. Enjoyed the leisurely 12-minute stroll to the slopes. The 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Chalet High condo was clean. The view from the both the upstairs bedroom balcony and downstairs balcony were scenic and relaxing.

The 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Chalet High condo is in need of updating and some minor maintenance. Carpet was clean, but in need of stretching due to buckling. Shower head in master bathroom leaked. Shower doors in master bathroom would not fully close. Walls are in need of painting.
