A/c was down so the common areas were hot

I loved the room. It was like a condo. I liked how the rooms were separated. Living area with tv; kitchenette area; bathroom and bedroom.

Only 2 things I wished for: a floor to ceiling mirror and a shower/tub combo. Other than that everything was perfect. Wifi was a lil iffy; probably because of the amount of guests, idk. Thank God for unlimited data.

The staff was rude the man who checked me in would not look at it speak to me about the false advertising about pet policy called his boss Lola who charged me what I was quoted but the next morning while eating breakfast with my grand babies I could hear her talking about me saying how I was quick to say I will leave a review very unprofessional so I went to the desk and let her know I heard her and she denied that’s she was talking about me she said it was someone else rude rude rude I asked for a

The bed was nice. The hotel was peaceful.

The hotel gave away my room before I got there. I had to leave my room on 3 separate occasions to deal with the front desk. The room was only partially cleaned, it smelled bad used soap and a used shampoo bottle was left in the shower.

The fact I had to clean my room, ask for clean towels and take the dirty ones to the front desk. Charged a cancelation fee for a reservation I canceled a week before!

Great location. Right off the hwy- I 95. Easy access and the staff were very accommodating. Room was large.

The breakfast was very limited with the amount of people to serve. In comparison to other hotels, it could be better
