rude owners, I complained about a housekeeper walking into my room at 8am unannounced while I was undressed and sleeping in bed. she told me I was lying! they wouldn’t switch when I got in, after I told them the room had a horrible smell and was dusted, rusted, molded ALL THE ABOVE. I told her between the housekeeper, room condition, and bug bites all over my back, she wasn’t going to disrespect or call me a liar, so she called the police, kept my money and had me leave. I’ve been traveling for 12 years and NEVER had such experience at any type of establishment!

The property had an odor inside the room. It looked old. Asked for a refund.

the location was good

room smelled musty & moldy. there was water leaking into the room from the air conditioner causing the entire area of carpet near the window to be wet. called front desk about it. they said they were sending maintenance. we were there for 2/3 days & no one ever came to check it. the toilet would only flush once every couple of hours…there were 4 of us starting in this room mind you. i definitely should’ve spent a little more & gone to one of the hotels next door. i will never stay at another best western. i wasted almost $400 on this stay

The location, easy check in, staff, lobby clean!

The couch in the room 221 should be put outside for trash pick up! Stains everywhere Everywhere 🥺🥺 piece’s of lint on floor, looked as if small pieces of plaster on the floor( like they were remolding)
