Staff was friendly.

I purchased the option to have my breakfast included. (All included and not the $10 voucher). On the first day, I had to explain and show proof to two different people that my reservation included breakfast. I had to do it again on days 2 and 3. I didn’t want the hassle so I skipped breakfast on day 4. On day one the server brought me someone else’s food. I didn’t say anything because I was already frustrated. When she brought my food to someone else, I flagged her over and told her. She picked up that plate from the other guy and set it down at my table (gross), took my current plate away which had my fork on it, brought it to the kitchen and had it remade. I asked for a to go box, got back to my room, and threw it away.

Very clean hotel-check in/out, lobby, hallway and in our room. The build is away from highway and loud traffic. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to friends and family.

There was no microwave in my room even though it said there was one. I realized it when I was looking to warm up my food at midnight. Other than that, everything else was great.

room was clean but found a Pilo case in the made bed and front desk staff was not vary helpful had to check out early with a family emergency and was not to helpful on checkout

We booked this hotel for our first Girl's weekend trip and it exceeded our expectations. I wanted to book a hotel that was nicer than some in the area and we definitely got that. We were greeted by the front desk each time we walked through. The room smelled amazing when we first walked in and looked and felt clean. I'm one that brings their own sheets and towels, and I would've been okay if I had forgotten them. We used the hot tub pretty frequently and enjoyed some late nights in the room watching some shows and playing games.

Our only complaint is that the hot tub wasn't very hot. It was definitely warm and relaxing, but we would've preferred a little more heat. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

Be prepared to not be able to use the pool. The pool was unusable since there were 3 birthday parties going on. The pool area was over capacity and there was no room for actual guest.

The walls were PAPER THIN. We could hear every word of the guests next door until 2:00am. the jacuzzi tub from upstairs was so loud when being filled that we had to pause our movie because we could hear. Then, when the jets turned on, we gave up on the movie. Really disappointed.
