Hotel was very central and we could walk to hollywood walk of fame and shops. Attached to a shopping mall so there were dining options and shops very close. The rooms were excellent. We were given the incorrect room for the first night so they upgraded us for the second night and both rooms were great. Service was awesome.

Prices of things in the hotel were ridiculous. Diet coke for $7 when you could walk 100m and get the same product for $4. It was unnecessary.

It had great amenities and felt very safe and well maintained

The pool area wasn’t super private when there was a conference happening

有些樓層已經重新整修，有些樓層因未整修家俱顯得很舊甚至有些受損、燈光昏暗，不夠明亮，希望他們能夠盡速把那些舊樓層重新整修，因為畢竟價格不便宜，新頴一點的房間設備更能顯出他們旅館四顆星的性價比。 旅館的地理位置非常非常的優越，服務人員也都很和善，極力推薦。

Localização! Ao lado da Hollywood blvd (calçada da fama), do Ovation, perto de lojas, restaurantes e comércio em geral. O estacionamento é no shopping que fica ao lado e fica mais em conta se sair de manhã e voltar a noite (20,00 tarifa máxima por dia - em contraste com os 40/50 contados diretamente nos hotéis). Para quem visita o Universal Studios ou o Griffith Observatory fica muito perto. A equipe é atenciosa e prestativa. Quartos amplos com vista linda. Além da entrada principal do hotel (na N Highland), também se pode acessar o hotel pelo shopping (Hollywood blvd). Muito prático.

Room was very clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Close to hop on hop off bus. Bar and restaurant very nice with a band on Friday nights..For beautiful Japanese food well priced - go to Kino Sushi, a two minute walk.

The bathroom shower curtain, bath shower. Probably needs a little updating, but good size bathroom.

We could hear the elevators going up and down and trembling and shaking the walls all Night long, horrible sensation for sensitive sleeping people. Very very loud.

Great location in the heart of Hollywood. Attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, easy walk to the venue from the hotel.

Came for happy hour and was not told of any drink or food specials. Spent $59 US for 2 drinks.

Staff are incredible, a special shout out to Fadi who organised a new room when he found out we had booked the incorrect room, he was so thoughtful and accommodating so thank you. Other staff could not have helped more and there was no expectation of tips. This hotel has consistently exceeded mine and my wife's expectations which is why we always go back to Loews.

Area around the hotel can be a little rough with drugs being done at a petrol station at the back of the hotel, this can be jarring to see based on where you are but is in no way a reflection of the actual hotel or staff.
