The fact that I was told afterwards that a Goverment ID would save us more than a third party booking.

Breakfast was excellent and I liked the fact that they had coffee/ tea etc available all day

I would prefer if breakfast was available until 10am in the morning

Spa jets were near the bottom and therefore, not as relaxing as hoped. More like a warm bath.

I really love the wide variety and fresh breakfast you all offered! The front desk evening shift lady was very helpful with answering all our hotel needs. The rooms were clean, stocked up with towels and toilet paper and was surprised by the coffee machine in the room with cups.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty including the sink we’re we stayed at. One of the hotel lights for the sink was not functioning at all.
